Tongue Capillary and Transmission

Hello everyone!

Have the usual freaking out after a full blood testing.
I've seen me results - everything okay except me leukocytes - 10.2
Back to me concerns - i have the horrible habit to chew me tongue capillaries when i am nervous so me quiestion is can HIV b transmitted by kissing an HIV+ person if he has blood wounds in his mouth as I do?

This is a no risk situation as saliva actively inhibits HIV
