Toothpicked

I was searching somones pockets and got poked with a toothpick, it didn't break the skin but it left a small microscopic red mark on the palm of my hand. I didn't veiw anybody and if there was soe it was much. My palm didn't bleed no matter how much i tried to get it to, but it was red and might have really quickly bled but Ididn't notice it. Do I have any risk of HIV or HEP C.
