Topless Clubs & STD/HIV

I was just recently at a topless club, I engaged in some casual contact with one of the girls, grabbing and touching her inner thighs very close to her vaginal area.
Following, having had a few beers I had to go to the bathroom to pee, I used the same hand to extract and hold my penis to pee and so on.

1. Presuming that she may have been infected, Is there a chance that I could get infected by STD’s or HIV.
2. Do none circumcised men have a larger chance to harbor the virus
under their foreskin?

Thank you

No worries.  They call them STDs because you have to have sex to transmit them. What you did doesn't count; HIV and STDs are not transmitted by hand-genital contact.  If HIV could be transmitted in this fashion, it would be 100 times more common than it is and you would be at risk from sharing bathrooms with HIV infected people.

Uncircumcised men have a higher chance of catching HIV than men without foreskins, but  still only through vaginal or anal sex.  Uncircumcised men who have HIV are no more likely to transmit it than circumcised men.
