Torn skin during handjob

I had protected vaginal sex with a massage girl 3 weeks ago, no ejaculation.  Eventually, I asked her to stop, she took off the condom with her hands and gave me a handjob with more massage oil.  After a while I asked her to stop.  While taking shower, I found my penis hurt from the handjob since there was a spot that felt sting with soap and itch.  The spot recovered in 2 days.  I presume her hands might have touched a small amount of vaginal fluid when she took the condom off before giving me a handjob.  I'm scared as hell now.  My 10 days test certainly came back negative since it was too early.  Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
