Touched penis foreskin tip after removing condom

Protected vaginal sex,but touched foreskin tip after removing condom, can hiv transmission occurs from condom to hand then hand to mucosa at foreskin tip, after 2 week i had acne like broke out in back....
Is there anyone got hiv through this way?
I didnt check whether the condom broke or not?
I had a small slip of condom during intercourse but i noticed that,i had a small fungal infection in lower side of penis shaft, can transmission occur through that?.
I had lot of scars on my back, pimples come and the leaves scars ,non itchy....
Do i need to test at 6 week?
My eclia test at 21 days is negative
Is eclia  good sign at 3 week?

Hi.  You do not describe anything that is a risk for HIV transmission.  The tests ARE conclusive but you will be negative as you did not have a risk from your encounter.  There is nothing to add to that.  We are now closing this discussion and wish you the best of health.

The ELISA test detects up to 95% of infections within 4-6 weeks. While 95% IS excellent, it is still not 100% conclusive........I still advise testing at 12 weeks for that 100%.

What about the acne broke out after 2 weekss?
I know everyone  will be googling after a possible exposure like that i too googled ars symptoms, and i found rashes as a initail symptom..i didnt have any fever or anything..its 4 weeks now after sex...i am planning to go to work abroad thats another concern...is there anyone who got hiv through touching mucosa after sex,as u said the virus would be killed on exposure to air?....can all the virus on outside condom would be dead on sudden exposure?  Or it vaginal fluids needs to dry?....actually this was my first sex and i am praying to God that i did a terrible mistake in my life

Since you are fixated on the scars, pimples and red spots on your back, I suggest you see a Dermatologist for a diagnosis. Believing these are definitely due to ARS is one of the most negative aspect of the internet. It can give you many answers but it can also cause a tremendous amount of anxiety.
Also, since you seem to be having a difficult time accepting my assessment of your risk, please feel free to test for HIV if it will put your mind as peace. We are here to help you, but YOU must do what is best for you.
I wish you the very best

By the time the condom touched the head of your penis, any fluid that MAY have contained the virus had been exposed to air and temperature changes and would have been rendered inactive. (Unable to infect) That is NOT how HIV is acquired.......it can only be transmitted INSIDE the human body.

ANY test you take is going to be negative because you never had a risk.

When a condom fails (breaks) it fails catastrophically. There is virtually nothing left of it but a few shreds and the ring at the base of your penis. Condoms do NOT get little "tears or holes" which can be found by doing the water test..........this is a myth that needs debunking. You would have no doubts if the condom failed.
