Transmission through Deep kissing and vaginal fluids on penis

Hi I am very tensed regarding exposure to HIV and it is effecting my day to day life. I think following could have exposed me to HIV.

1. I was deep kissing a girl and i had a cut on my LIP which she licked.Lip was bleeding (very little) about two hours ago Kissing between us happened.
2. I was fingering her and she was masturbating me, as soon as i ejaculated, i took off my hands from her panties(my fingers were only moist as she did not have any orgasm, it would be only her pre-cum) then i touched my penis to adjust it in my undies(probably i touched head of penis also which was loaded with my semen as i am not circumcised, which i didnt wash for some hours) I worry that touching penis with infected pre-cum on my hand could have infected the semen accumulated/collected between the foreskin of my penis and the virus through the mixture of infected precum and semen would have got inside the body through the opening on the top of the penis). and my penis remained like that in my undies for hours.  
3. Exactly after a week of this incedent i was having swollen glands/tonsils and had fever and mild flu which lasted for 4-5 days.

Kindly help me, i am a lot tensed.
