Trifle and freaking out

Ok so about 8 days ago I had unprotected sex with a female. I was told after she wasn't the best girl to do that to. So after that I asked her if obviously she was clean. She then proceeds to tell me that she never had anything ever. So okay maybe she is right but ever since then idk if I'm freaking my self out or not. But I have like this slight tingle/burn in my penis. Pretty hard to describe. If I just sit here I feel it but same time I go to look to pin point where and all of a sudden I can't feel it. Every little thing I do I look at it to make sure nothing is new. But rewind a little after my friends told me that I went to shower and used straight bleach to clean my penis as well I was freaking out that much. I have no symptoms of anything at all. I stopped at a hospital Friday so 5 days after and did a urine test came back negative for gonorrhea and chlamydia. The tingle has eased up a lot but just still on my mind 24/7. It doesn't hurt to pee or anything I tried Friday night to even play with myself and no pain all was fine. Could this be anxiety or actually something. I read a bunch of this and saying how I would see something if I'm already having this problem but nothing has changed. Or could it be the bleach? Would it feel like that from the bleach?

It can't be diagnosed yes I know but you could know by symptoms and I'm just asking is this even a symptom or not. Just the one thing I have is that a thing.

you had unprotected sex so take a DUO (4th generation) test at 28 days past exposure. HIV cannot be diagnosed by symptoms the only way to know your status is to test.
