UNEXPLAINABLE WEIGHT LOSS AND OTHER SYMPTONS..PLS HELP FAST!

Hello doc i am a 32yrs old male. I need some urgent advice concerning my health. My stories goes like this;

I had a sexual encounter with an hispanic prostitute btw 19th-22nd of december 2007 ( not sure of the particular day..but around that time). I wore a condom during this process. And i washed up..clean my genitals with antiseptic and took a bath afterwards.

I started feeling sick in early febuary.

SYMPTONS AND HISTORY
The first episode i had was soo severe...i had severe headache, extreme fatigue(that i found it difficult to walk around, i was in bed for two days), loss of appetite, dizziness (almost falling when i walk), cold, unproductive cough  that lasted for like 3 weeks, body itching, fatigue, muscle ache  and a sore in my lips, pain in my necks and weight loss.


The fever went away after like 4 days..but the cough persisted for like three weeks. After this everything went away, then i feel fine again.  Then in another months time..i have those symptons again except for the sore in my lips.
Fever, unproductive flu like cough, loss of appetite, fatigue, mucle ache, itching,  dizziness..then weight loss and STOMACH PAIN.

These symptons have been occuring times and times again coupled with weight loss. One thing that baffles me most is that i never gain the weight i lost back again..it is a downward trend in weight loss. I use to weigh 265lbs before i started feeling sick..now i weigh 225lbs...I LOST OVER 40LBS. i will feel sick over a period of one week coupled with all those symptons i talked about(the cough stopped after the third episode and the lip sore was only a one time experience..but the other symptons reappear every month or so)..then after these symptons i will lose like 5-7 lbs weight sometimes more..sometimes less. I have been losing weight like that bit by bit from 265 now am 225.

i also noticed that my food intake is not been digested well. I pass out a lot of stool after eating more than what it used to be before.

TESTS DONE AND DOCTORS VISITS
I have done HIV and other STDS test several times. I first did the 1st HIV test in febuary and the last one to date was in mid June. All STDs test and HIV test were negative.

My doctor as also sent me for a CAT scan of the lower abdomen, pelvic and chest area...they couldnt find anything. They did X-RAY and Tuberculosis test and it was negative to. They took my stool, blood, saliva and did many kind of test..but could find anything.

BUT AM NOT FINE....my health is not alright. I found out that my blood pressure as gone up and there were times it reads 165/110. The doctor prescribed a high blood pressure medication for me and i have been taking it which as brought down my blood pressure to normal.

QUESTIONS:
1)Is it possible that i have an HIV virus and not be detected by the HIV test i did?. I know there is HIV-1 and HIV-2..i did the test for both of them..is there any other groups of HIV strains that i need to test for?
2)Also since i have been feeling sick...if it is HIV virus..shouldnt it show in the test result.
3)What can be responsible for the irreversible weight loss?

PLS I DONT KNOW WHAT COULD BE THE MEDICAL  CONDITION. Any help/advice you can render will be highly appreciated

If you have a concern see your doctor. From the situation you provided you were never at risk of contracting HIV.
