UNPROTECTED SEX AND SUSPECTED ARS

Im a male and I got a mild sore throat after unprotected vaginal sex about 2.5-3 weeks later. 4-6 days later my lypmh glands in my neck became swollen. My neck is also sore from the gland swelling.If this was ARS would the lymph glands have came the same day as sore throat? Would sore throat be painful? If more swell  in the next few days, would that resmble ARS, or would they have come all at the same time on the same day? I will get tested I just want to know.

ARS symptoms if one has them at all, all come on at the same time. 2-4 weeks post exposure.
