URGENT HELP PLEASE!!!!!!

Hello everybody
My story starts last night when I had my first ever contact with a guy.I am a 21 y/o guy and last night for about 10 seconds I sticked a guy's penis in my mouth without him ejaculating in my mouth.Immediately after I spit out everything without swallowing and in approximately 5 minutes I cleared my mouth with some fresh water. The guy told me he was completely healthy(he even offered to bring me some blood tests) but now I find myself completely panicked by the possibility of contacting HIV from this guy.I also have to mention that 4-5 hours before that contact I washed my teeth (quite violently) and I had some small bleeding.
I never had anal sex with any guy ,or oral sex with other guy except the one from last night and that was about 10 seconds. Moreover this morning I made a check with salty water to see if I had any cuts or injuries in my mouth but I didn't feel anything.
Also I spoke with the guy ,who is a professional athlete and runs blood tests periodically(every 3 and 6 months ) and he assured me I had nothing to worry about because he hasn't been with too many guys and all of them were serious and his blood tests from january this year were OK.
I have concerns tough because I forgot to mention that I suffer from a severe health anxiety(hypochondria) and I follow specialized psychotherapy. You can imagine how tragic this feels to me now and how stressed I am mostly because I have to wait about 1 month to take all the tests in order for them to be concludent. My mind goes crazy right now and I am making all sorts of tragic scenarios and I distrust what the guy told me .

"@Lizzie Lou: HIV can be transmitted through oral sex. However the risk of it happening are 1 in 10,000 I believe."

Your belief is wrong. There is no  single, confirmed, case of HIV ever being transmitted via oral sex alone. The theoretical risk may well be there, the real risk is zero.

I understand your concerns with your anxiety. I have the same issue. I think of all these scenarios and it makes my life much worse.

There is hardly any risk with this whatsoever.
