Uncircumcised oral sex exposure

Uncircumcised oral sex exposure

Please provide me the answer for my situation. Im a 24 year old man( uncircumcised) an never had sex in my life till last month on june 1st.. My colleague told me she was coming over to see me, as soon as she told me i trimmed the pubic hair and ended up in cutting the skin at the place where the penis attachest to the scrotum & bled thickly. I applied turmeric(curcumin) since it is an antiseptic. I was showing her the cut and she put the penis in her mouth and gave me a blowjob which was unprotected. I made sure that her saliva did not touch the cut. But i fingered her in the vagina and inadvertantly put the fingers back in her mouth & sucked the penis again. I DID NOT HAVE VAGINAL OR ANAL SEX WITH HER SINCE IT WAS THE FIRST TIME since i did not have the condom. As soon as i ejaculated, i washed the  penis, scrotum and the groin area with hot water and soap for 5-10 minutes fearing the worst. since the past month im experiencing itching in my head, on the collar bone, arm pit and on my legs( I have a family history of Asthma and allergic rhinitis, more over the same day i moved into that room which was infested with bed bugs. I sprayed the Bug killing chemical all around my bed and in the room, has this itching anything to do with the Bug chemical?....Please help....!!

1. No fever, diarrohea, weight loss.

2. since my room is always closed can this cause dryness and makes me itch which eventually develop into a rash when i scratch. Twice noticed raised hair follicles on hand- no itch

4. The potential risk is when i finguered deeply and put the fingers in her mouth with the vaginal fluid. She gave me the blow job again. The saliva with vaginal fluid might have touched the fresh cut.More over i have read in the forum that HIV virus need to penetrate deeply to infect. So is there a risk?

What is my risk doc? coz the anxiety is killing me and more over i dont have anyone in this country, im on my own. How much does it cost for the HIV test? is it affordable?

Welcome to the forum. I have read your interactions on the HIV Prevention Community site and completely agree with all that was said there.  It is very unlikely that your partner had HIV.  If she did, the exposure you describe is virtually no risk for HIV.  The quoted figure for HIV risk, if one has oral sex with an infected partner is less than 1 in 10,000 and, in my estimation that is too high. Some experts state there is no risk at all from oral sex.  Neither of us on this site have ever seen or reading the medical literature of a convincing instance in which HIV was passed by oral sex.  Further, there is no risk of HIV from your masturbation of your partner.

As far as your symptoms are concerned, these could be due to the itching which typically follows shaving or possibly from chemical irritation.   In addition, sometimes after an exposure that, in retrospect, one wishes they had not had, persons tend to examine themselves and be far more attuned to genital sensations than in periods when they are not concerned.  This in turn leads to noticing what turn out to be normal sensations that might have been not noticed or ignored at other times.  Perhaps this was a contributor to your situation.

You can get tested for HIV with a standard HIV antibody test at any point more than 6 weeks following this exposure and have complete confidence in the results.  Confidential testing is typically available for free at your local public health department.

Bottom line, no risk, no need for worry and no need for testing.  If you choose to get tested for your own peace of mind, please commit to having faith in the results of testing (the test will be negative).  EWH

thanks doctor it surely gave me the peace of mind but one thing that constantly bugging me is the body itch & occasionally i see these bumps on my skin. the big bump is followed by a streak? what condition is this? Is my skin too senitive to the surroundings? When i scratch the bump just to feel it, the bump gets swollen? Is it any immune system disorder?

You could have infected the bump with your scratching and may want to ask a health care professional to take a look.  There is no reason to worry about HIV or any other STD.  EWH
