Undetectable viral load and oral sex

Hey everyone. I am nervous because I gave a man oral sex for only 2-3 minutes, then mutual masturbation followed, and I let him come in my mouth and immediately swallowed (after slightly gagging since it's been a while lol). Now, I am paranoid because 2 1/2 weeks later, he tells me he is HIV+, but has been undetectable ever since '04 and even had some unprotected sex with his ex of 7 years and never infected him (and the ex still is HIV-). As far as I know, I had no open sores or cuts or bleeding gums in my mouth, didn't floss or brushed for hours before this happened, and swallowed it immediately. I have read and read and seen that risk is very low, examined the recent studies, talked with a San Fran AIDS counselor about probably having low risk, and even read up on serodiscordant ("magnetic") couples with no infections occurring after years of intimacy. But, I'm still wondering if any of you have any thoughts on my risk of infection.

Really? Thanks Lizzie. I just want to be open to dating men that resonate with me (regardless of status), but being raised by a hypochondriactic and overprotective family, I do worry about my health. I know +people lives long, healthy, satifactory lives, but I choose to keep - and practiice ways to ensure that. I'm not really that experienced sexually either nor really go down on a lot of people and just want to know what are safe sexual practices. Thanks again.

you have no risk. oral sex is safe compared to unprotected anal/vaginal sex.  no worries

And if I see a little spot of what looks like loose, white, filmy skin that comes off with a tongue scrapper... thrush? I noticed this before event in question (days before) and still had test come back negative. Did it make me exposed to HIV at all? Also, with an impacted molar and flossing that sometimes make gums bleed? Thanks again :-/
