I am a gay male, I have been in a gay relationship for 1 year, sex almost non-existent, on rare occasion when we do have it, it's completely protected. Out of frustration, I recently had two experiences:
one was receiving unprotected oral sex and ejaculating in the other persons mouth.
The second was giving and receiving unprotected oral sex without ejaculation in the mouth. When I gave the oral sex, I noticed no visable pre-cum from the other person, and it was over very quick. Neither parter was HIV positive (that I knew of) and I asked them both first before engaging in contact.
Within the last few days my lymph nodes next to my ear have swollen. The left side is very small and irritated, the right side is a set of two nodes next to each other, they are larger and have a vein running through them.
Here is a monkey wrench to throw into the mix, I think my nose might have gotten infected because I feel a small painful growth inside the right nostril, but it's not new, it's been there for almost a month. Additionally, I had a bump on my head that lasted about 1 week and went away just as the lymph nodes around my ears started to form.
I understand that I should go to the doctor, and I will soon. but I have been up all night looking things up on the internet and it's driving me crazy.
What do you think my risk was of contracting hiv with the two experiences that I described?
