Unprotected Oral Sex 10 days after Tetanus shot

Dear experts,
I had unprotected oral sex with female sex worker about 50 days ago. I've read this forum and I know oral sex is very low risk. But what I worry is that 10 days before  the encounter I cut my foot in ocean and I had Tetanus vaccination in hospital.
Is there any risk getting infection  in my case? Does the vaccination effect  immune system?
Since 2 weeks ago I feel my lymph node in thigh is swollen. Rather than that I don't have any symptoms.

Thank you for your advice. I asked same question to Dr. Hook, he answered same.
Than you so much!

Edited transcription of a talk July 19, 1996? Come on, there are studies out there that are more up to date than something that is 12 years old.
