Unprotected Oral and Breast Milk

Hope someone can help me as i am stressing out.

4/4/08 received unprotected oral from bar girl for couple minutes.
4/10/08 went to Vegas strip club and sucked breast and fingered vagina

I am stressing out due to both above.  What are the chances for HIV or STD's.  On 4/21/08 starting experiencing body aches, sore throat, thick mucus in thoart, stiff neck, headaches, and feeling hot like i have a fever.  I took Azithromycin on 4/26/08 for 3 day pack.  But as of today still have scratchy throat, some mucus, stiff neck, etc.  I am stressing out big time.

Both the bar girl and i were drunk but i could have easily had unprotected sex with her.  Makes me wonder if she gets drunk all the time and has sex with other customers.  She says she is clean but hard to believe after what i could have done.

Vegas stripper said she gave birth about 8 weeks ago from 4/10/08 and stopped breast feeding after 3 weeks from birth.  So i would assume she was still producing milk.  In Vegas my lips get dry and crack so im concerned if she was infected it would enter the cracks of my lips.  Plus my throat was already dry.  I had blood from my nose when i blew it.

I am freaking out.

Teak and others please respond and give me your honest opinion. I guess i will need to get tested but waiting the 12 weeks is a long time.  Plus dont want to give my wife something.

Thanks

One final comment for me to you on this thread (wouldnt want you to think I am completely annoying), the last thing you want to do is run around "googling" symptoms cause you are going to find a lot of bs out there on hiv on a lot of forums and threads, and its only going to worry you even more and make you more anxious.  What I meant by looking around this site, is that there are people that do have real risks that is they either engaged in unprotected sex with someone of unknown status or the condom broke for example.  Also, the doctors forums are very good too, and you can read on them and find out more information on transmission the odds, and possibilites of.  When you test its going to come back negative thats 100% certain as this thing has been around for 25+ years and no one has ever gotten it from the way you describe.  Good luck man, and yep if you are in a monogomous relationship, you should be monogomous you owe it to your partner, but once again thats your private life.

You arent gonna be the first person to have that happen, lol. Chill out, get off the keyboard and go to the strip club and drink some beers. That ought to mellow you out. Stay safe.

I just dont want to be the first person to get hiv from oral sex or breast milk.  I thought i was the most paranoid worried dumbshet loser (i still think i am) on the planet.  But after reading other peoples questions on this site, there are others like me who shouldnt be fooling around in strip bars, hostess bars, etc.  Its not worth it but yes we are men and the smaller head seems to overpower the bigger head when it comes to the fun stuff.

I will get tested (maybe this week even though too early) to get peace of mind.  Hopefully my cold and other symptoms go away fast or the stress level will rise again.  Im glad i posted on this site to get good feed back.  Thanks again!

I got to admit searching on the internet can really kill people.  Glad i found this website.

Lol, strip bars are fun, and given that you were in Vegas, chances are the stripper is healthier than you are lol.  Look man, your private life is your business, but if you dont take things to extremes like end up having unprotected sex with anyone you are not going to catch HIV. Of course you are going to do the same dumb thing over again, you are a guy, but its ok; if you limit your behavior to lap dances and what not, you wont have to worry about any other std's for the matter.  Listen, this site is a well of knowledge with respect to HIV and other STD's if you read up on things in the forums here you will learn to distinguish a real risk situation versus a no risk situation (yours).

Your symptoms know we now your married are cause by your anxiety and stress, produced by your guilt, so keep it monogamus and stay safe.

Thanks again! I feel a little better now.  I hope the diahrrea and sweating is an anxiety thing.  I would never have unprotected sex (or protected sex) with anyone but my wife.  But now after all these stress and cold problems it not worth it at all to go to strip bars.  Paying money for stress??   I feel stupid but will probably do the same dumb things over again.

Well a 3 month test is a conclusive test, but in your case, you were never at risk of contracting HIV to begin with, so if you test at 6 weeks which is when like 95% of the people are going to test positive anyways, it would calm you down.  The only reason you should test is to relieve your own anxiety, but you have no risk.  You can pay the doctors $15 and get on their forums and they will tell you the exact same thing.

Your symptoms could be as a variety of reasons (none related to hiv) and only your doctor can diagnose you.  Also keep in mind that ARS symptoms do not escalate they come all at once and they leave at once.  That is you are not going to get a fever one week and then diarreah the next week followed by a sore throat, it all comes at once.  You do not have HIV man no one has ever gotten HIV by engaging in those types of behaviors there and you are not going to be the first.

Thanks!

I guess i should test at 6 weeks to relieve some stress. Im just concerned that my cold has been going on so long.  Plus now im getting diahrrea and some sweating issues.  Because i have these symptoms would it make antibodies to show if i am positive?  So if im negative would it prove that all my symptoms are nothing?

Yellow mucos is not a sign of ARS, go to your doctor, its prob some garden variety flu, mucos is not a sign of ARS, you dont have HIV, and as Teak stated you are an adult and your immune system is developed, you will not catch HIV from your nipple suckin experience.  Even children that do catch it, are exposed multiple times to the virus,  I dont think there is one documented case of a child catching HIV through breast feeding once on an infected mother. You can catch other std's from oral, not HIV if you are the one recieving, but there are other nice little bugs you could catch, perhaps you should get an std test, hey everyone should get one if they are sexually active.

When you test you are going to come up negative because you had no risk for HIV. But at the 6th week you could test to relieve your anxiety (diarreah) and it will give you a good indication of your status, which once again will be that you are HIV negative. No one can diagnose you on a forum, we can only ***** your risks, and while you had no risks for HIV, you may want to get an std test as some other stds can be passed on through unprotected oral.

Use condoms when having penetrative sex and dont share needles, and you wont have to worry about HIV, its really that simple.

You wont be the first adult to be infected by breast milk or receiving oral sex. it doesnt matter what symptoms you have they are not related to hiv

Can others please give me their opinion on my dumb mistake above (Receiving unprotected oral and sucking breast with milk present).  I still have a cold which includes thick yellow mucus (mostly in the morning), irritated throat, swollen lump in mouth on left top side below last tooth (no open sore but a lump under skin that was sore), that is going on week 4 now.  I went to the doctor last week and he gave me Alegra D.  Its been about 3 days with no change.  Never had a cold last this long before.

Now yesterday to present i had diarrhea 7 times in a 16 hour period (I feel like i have to go now too but holding it since it would be 8).  Also when i sleep i get up a few times feeling sweating around the neck area (sleep with no shirt).  I assume if i didnt get up the sweating would be a lot worse.

I would like to get tested this week but it would only be about 5 weeks.  This stress is killing me waiting for 12 weeks.  From having a cold for 3 weeks and now diarrhea and sweating.  Cannot concentrate at work.  Already had sex with wife and worried more that i gave her hiv.

Teak gave me his opinion and i appreciate it very much.  Hope others can give me their honest opinion.  I'm more concerned now about the possibility of being infected by breast milk from the stripper.  I had dry lips that spilt with soreness.  Also had dry throat so maybe infected breast milk entered that way.

Please help!  I hope im not the first adult to be infected by breast milk or receiving oral sex.

Regarding the breast milk, it doesnt matter if i had dry lips that were cracking and sore?  Or a dry irritated throat?

Right now my anxiety is killing me due to my 3-4 week cold.  Never had a cold this long after taking Azithromycin.

Thanks again for your quick response and reducing my stress.

Receptive oral sex is not a low risk. It's NO risk what so ever.

No, because it doesn't happen to adults. Why? Because an adult has a good functioning immune system and an adult would not ingest as much breast milk as an infant that nurses for months.

Does anyone know of any documented cases of an adult being HIV infected from sucking a girls breast with infected milk, blood, etc.???

Thanks for the response.  I guess my stress level will stay the same until getting tested at 12 weeks.  But i guess i deserve the stress.

Stipper told me she runs one of those VIP services so i assume she might have been a prostitute before.  When she was giving me a lap dance she squeezed her breast toward my mouth or face.  Maybe she thought it was sexy or something but now im even more stresses as she was could have squeezed out milk, pus, blood, who knows.  She also told me she was clean but in that profession they would have to lie.  If she told the truth eventually rumors would go around regarding strippers in that club being infected.

Hopefully i dont go insane stressing over this.

While I disagree with Teak's comment that there is no way to catch HIV from oral sex, in your particular situation, I agree that the risk was virtually non-existent. Unless you were giving oral sex to a male, letting him ejaculate in your mouth, and had cuts and sores in your mouth, you are fine. The kind of oral sex you describe - allowing a woman to give you oral - carries no documented risk.

Breast milk does carry HIV, but I don't know if it's in enough quantities to infect anyone. And you'd probably have to drink a lot of it for it to have any effect. But I don't know nearly as much about that mode of transmission.

Relax, you have nothing at all to worry about. Take a text and 6 and again at 12 weeks if you want peace of mind.

Thanks for the quick response.  Getting sick 1-2 weeks after the stupid things i did make me worry they are symptoms of HIV.  Hope i can get over this.  Would you recommend me testing for STD's based on one time unprotected oral sex?  Would the Azithromycin have helped any if i did have a STD?

It's possible to contract Stds form oral sex. Contracting HIV, no chance. You didn't have a risk from breast milk.
