Unprotected oral sex and ELISA test

After a night of experiencing mutual oral sex (both fellatio without ejaculation and cunnilingus... no other sex) + fingering and kissing a woman of unknown HIV status, I am worried about contracting HIV.  

I went to see a doc 10 days later after the exposure to test for Chrlymidia and Gonorrea. Both came negative.

Today is day 44 and I have just taken an HIV test. Results will come back at 5pm today. My questions are:

Oral sex was rough... can this increase the chances of getting HIV?
What are the chances of getting HIV from cunnilingus vs fellatio (without ejaculation)?
How about HIV from rubbing the penis on a vagina (no insertion)?
Fingering was long and rough as well... can this increase the chances of getting HIV?
I was advised not to take the HIV test because my exposure was zero-risk, but I decided to take it to reduce stress. As I said, today is day 44 (6 weeks)... can I consider the results of my test conclusive? Should I take another test at week 8 and 3 months?

Please help me to stay cool the rest of the day.

There was no risk for HIV in this above. If there was no any exposure prior to this, then there is no need for an HIV test at all.
