Unprotected oral sex (brazil)

I've had unprotected oral sex with a prostitute, my penis did not show any signs of bruises and cuts, i have good health and i'm circumcised.
As beeing in brazil, and the quality of the prostitute was not very good , what are the odds of contracting HIV, how long i have to wait to see any realistics results on exams and what are the names of the most accurate exams to do.
Pleaase help me with this im losing my sleep only thinking about the worse

Yes...unprotected oral sex is safe even when "it was kinda rough, something like a little of dental contact for a long time"

Unprotected oral sex is not a risk for HIV. You don't need any testing.
