Unprotected sex, HIV scare

So, to get this out of the way, I know the only reliable way of knowing if I've been infected is by testing and that is what I plan to do, as soon as 6-7 weeks after the exposure have passed.

I'm 28 year old male from Germany and exactly 4 weeks ago I've made the stupid mistake of having unprotected vaginal sex with a female sex worker. The intercourse was short 1-2 minutes maximum, because after that I got scared and stopped. No contact whatsoever happened after that.

The girl is not a professional and does this only occasionally (a week every 2-3 months) and she asks everyone to do a HIV rapid test before the action. She does one herself if requested. Which I did and she did a test before my eyes, which turned negative as far as I could tell (what worries me now is if she knows how to read those results since she thought the result would show in a couple of minutes and the test instructions said to read at 15 minutes).

After exactly 14 days I got a sore throat after a night of heavy partying and drinking which went away by itself in about 4 days, only to suddenly come back at the 24 days after exposure mark. I'm now at 29 days and the problem is still there, although it's not painful, more like difficulty swallowing because something it's swollen. And I have all the time the feeling that mucus flows from my nose in my throat (no runny nose though). As afar as I can tell my tonsils are swollen and have white stuff on them. I didn't have any fever, unusual fatigue or headaches, muscle/joint aches, I can't tell if I have any sores in my mouth or swollen lymph glands but doesn't look like it. What I did notice is something that could be a rash on my chest and shoulders. It doesn't look very bad, more like acnee (which is not unusual for me, especially on my shoulders), but I believe it could fit some descriptions I've read on the Internet about the HIV seroconversion rash. It's several isolated red spots, 1 cm between them at least, that don't itch or hurt, the skin between them looks normal and they don't seem that many in order to worry me hadn't it been for the exposure.

Now I can't convince myself that these are not seroconversion symptoms. I keep reading stuff on the Internet and the timeline fits too perfectly to not worry me. I plan on doing a test at the 6-7 week mark and of course one after 12 weeks, but it seems ages away and I can't clear my mind in order to get anything done. I can't believe how stupid I was and what was happening in my mind at the time...

Are these HIV ARS symptoms or is everything in my mind??
I would really appreciate some insight since I'm going insane.
Thank you.

So I did a 4th generation + p24 antigen test at 6 weeks minus 12 hours and it came back negative. How much do you think I can rely on this result?

The doctors here in Germany consider this test conclusive at 6 weeks...

Hello,

Thank you for your answers. I can't seem to find any info on DUO-tests in Germany. They all claim to do tests that are conclusive after 12 weeks. This waiting is killing me.

Waiting 12 weeks is no longer necessary with 4th Generation HIV testing. Hopefully you can find a clinic that does Duo testing.

Get a DUO test for conclusive results. Waiting 12 weeks is not necessary any more with 4th gen DUO tests. After 4 weeks your result is definitive stated by many HIV experts

Your exposure was brief so this minimized the risk.
Do you have access to a 4th generation test?
If so a test at this time would be considered conclusive by HIV experts.
As for symptoms, testing is what determines ones status.
