Urine and HIV question!

take this Scenario : Male1 (unknown status) used the toilet and then shook hands that were wet(could be from urine or could be from water) with Male2.. Is there any chance of HIV transmission if Male2 touched the penis to use the toilet soon after? Could it be transmitted through Urethra IN THIS CASE cause there were no signs of cuts or lesions?

No risk. not possible. HIV is not transmitted through urine at all.
