VAGINAL SEX multiple times

Hi guys I live in colombia and I am extremely worried about multiple sexual encounters I had with an ex girlfriend (unprotected). before she had sex with me she was with somebody else who consumed drugs not sure if he was an iv drug user.  I dont know if she is hiv+  but 1 or 3 weeks after one of the many sexual encounters i developed fever, myalgia, fatigue, diarrhea, stomach cramps and vomiting which only lasted 1 day; about a month later I also developed aphthous ulcers. im uncircumcized which from what I have read increases the risk of transmission. what are my chances of contracting this horrible disease?  what does this 1/2000 risk per exposure really mean? and how much would this decrease given the fact that I am uncircumcized.

HIV has no specific symptoms. You had an exposure so just test.
