Vaginal Fluid Touched Open Sore

A sex worker's vaginal fluid touched an open sore on my finger.  How at risk am I for HIV and other STDs?

It wasn't an intentional double.  I had mentioned the open sore in another post of mine.  Open sore like I had a sliver and instead of pulling it out with tweezers, it was embedded so i just ripped all the skin off that the sliver was contained in.  My top layer of skin was gone and that left the area open to the red area beneath my skin...where the ***** stuff comes from.

Like the area that would be left if I popped a blister and removed the skin...that would be the best example.  The area is maybe 3mm wide on my index finger.

The four stars that you see in the above post was the watery material that comes from underneath the blister that starts with a p...the website probably thought I was spelling something obscene that starts with p and ends with y.
