Hello,

I hired a prostitute, while she was rubbing her vagina on my penis, I noticed my penis was full of her vaginal fluids. The opening of my penis where urine is discharged was so full of her vaginal fluid. My question is can I have HIV through this?

I had protected sex with her afterwards and it wasn't causing me any worry. The vaginal fluid on my urethra was prior to the act. Please advise.

You were NEVER at risk of contracting HIV from frottage.

and anyway you dont know if this person was hiv positive

if she was you had no real risk
if she wasnt you had absolutely no risk

so we are somewhere between no real risk and absolutely no risk at all.
