Vaginal fluid transferred to penis through hand

I came in contact with a sex worker for the first time ever in my life, some time back. I did not have any penetrative sex.  She inserted her fingers into the vagina a couple of times  in front of me.  Then with the same very hands (which probably would have  some vaginal fluids peeled a condom and placed it over my penis. I rubbed the outer folds of the the vagina with the condom covered penis and came even before I could penetrate. The entire episode from wearing the condom to coming lasted less than one minute.

1) What are the chances that I have contracted HIV assuming that he carried the infection.
2) Can vaginal fluid transmitted by hand on to a penis capable of causing HIV
2) Do I need to test ? My regular health check up about a year back indicated that I was negative

nothing you have described put you at risk for contracting hiv.  you do not need testing.
