Vaginal fluid trapped inside condom

Dear friends
i am worried about my exposure to HIV
i had sex with CSW thailand, in june 2009, almost one year ago.
i had used 2 condoms while having sex.

she was on top of me and when she got up to change position, i saw large amounts of white vaginal fluid inside my condom. i found out that the outside condom had a small hole at the base (near my balls) and from that hole, all the vaginal fluids entered the first condom. Since my 2nd condom (inner condom) did not break, the vaginal fluid was trapped between the two condoms.
i tried to remove the condoms carefully but i am afraid i could have dripped one or two drops on my pee hole (urethra).
What are my risks? its almost one year, and i dont have any notable symptoms...kindly help.

there was no risk from what you have described

in the future...NEVER WEAR TWO CONDOMS AT THE SAME TIME.  you are fortunate the inner condom didnt fail also.  the friction between two condoms can cause condom failure in both condoms.

i dont know how the outer condom break. Maybe friction as you advised or maybe due to her teeth during blowjob.

My only concern is that...is there any chance that i can get infection if some vaginal fluid would have accidently touched the tip of my urethra even for one second while i was removing both the condoms.
