Your 6 weeks negative test is encouraging but not conclusive.
You need the 12 weeks test. But the odds are way on your favour.
In the future do use condom
I wish the next 6 weeks would hurry up because i am so scared and worried.
The man with whom i had sex with said he is 100% clean as he had an HIV test a few years ago when he entered a long term relationship. But since that ended i dont know how many girls he as been with.
Don't think about it too much...try to make yourself bussy and times will fly...
Trust me! Been there, done that...
Again, goodluck
I'm here if you need me.
He's 100% clean. I'm clean, just took a shower, but I also have AIDS. Never take anyone’s word for their status unless you tested together and are in a monogamist relationship. Always use condoms and water base lube.
I have been reading many of your posts and admire your honesty and frankness, which is more reliable than simple, kind words people use for reassurance.
In your opinion, would vaginal sex without ejaculation pose a risk?
Don't worry too much, the 6 week test can almost be considered as conclusive. Among the HIV specialists I have asked say that the average time for a test to become positive is about 3 weeks and the difference among individuals isn't very significant. The vast majority who indeed get infected will show a positive test within 6 weeks. The 12 week period is for safety reasons, just to make sure and increase the margins.
