Very Worried - Continuation

I also had a sore throat and a few chills that lasted for a couple of those days.  Some mild sinus symptoms were also experienced.  When I got back home from my trip, these symptoms were largely gone so I dismissed them.  But now, I have been searching for what initial HIV symptoms might look like and I have been terrified with many things I have read.  I have abstained from any sexual encounter since my last one in Nov. 2005.  Prior to that, my only other sexual encounter consisted of a woman performing unprotected oral sex on me.  Thus, I do not consider myself sexually active.  The symptoms I have described have been the only health issues I have had since the sexual act on Nov. 2005.  Could these symptoms have been associated with HIV??  Should I get tested?  Do initial HIV symptoms develop as late as 15 months after a possible exposure? Any help/thoughts would be appreciated.  Thanks.

garmish,  protected vaginal + no condom breakage + no condom slippage = NO RISK.  1) he you're relating your symptons with HIV ARS symptoms you are wrong, your symptoms have nothing to do with hiv since ARS symptoms generally occur after 2 to 4 weeks preceding the infection not after 15 weeks, your symptoms are due to other medical reasons, see a doc.  2) you dont even need to test if you have been very truthful  about your risk

guys, you dont have to create a new tread for a new poster, to post any new question you could use your original tread itself.
