Very concerned PLS HELP!!!

by AAA&BBB, May 05, 2008 03:23PM
Hi i used to go through all related archives and know there is no hiv risk in public toilet water. But my case is a little different. I went to one large scale public event this weekend and there is only "temporary & removeable plastic room", you know that kind of public toilet like a stall. There is no flushing water but only "human waste"!!! (i am sorry a little disgusting for you .....) Unfortunately i got some splashback on bottom of my butt and even some on tip of my penis. i concerned very much is there any hiv risk if those never-been-flushed and cleaned fluids contain  hiv, saying there could be woman's period blood, semen or urine, anything in the public toilet? i am planning to have my first child with my wife so PLS PLS evaluate the risk. If you will tell "no risk" can you also kindly tell why from medical perspective? Thank you very very much.

There is no risk at all. Any HIV in the splash (which there probably wasnt any anyway) would have already been dead down there. HIV cant live out of the body like that. Plus most of those types of toilets have liquid chemicals in them to act as a disenfectant.
