Very very worried

I have been dating this girl and for a little now i noticed she has little white clumps in her vaginal secretions and i heard that could be a yeast infection, but now for a while i have had mouth ulcers, and a low wbc (which my doctors tell me is still from the mono i had)  I've had multiple tests at the hematologist checking my wbc for everything and everything is normal so they diagnosed me with benign leukopenia.  I know my girlfriend also experienced a few night sweats like 2-3 months after we started having sex.  I only had sex with one person one time before my girlfriend for about 25 seconds unprotected i knew the girl she told me she was hiv - but i am still worried because these are alot of signs of it correct?  I had sex first about 2 years ago after it i was tested for std's just because i worry but i tested for them like 5 days after i had sex and it all came back negative, then about 3 months later i noticed i had a rash on penis that went away in like 2 days.  Could i have hiv or do you think i could have gotten a yeast infection from the girl 2 years ago and just never had it treated and gave it to my girlfriend now?
