A week ago,my sores on the hands was inflammation and broke ,then was bleeding, my aunt saw it, she with her mouth suck the wound , and now I have a cold and diarrhea  , I feeling is very anxious. I admit I am extreme, but I'd like to know, if my aunt is HIV +, my immune system is very poor  since the childhood ,  have a risk? I need a objective of answer.Thank you!

NO, your aunt would not have passed the virus to you even if she were +. your symptoms are not related (since you didn't have exposure). see a doctor for the cold and diarrhea.
