Visit to the salon and possible risks

I recently visited my native country Brazil. While there I went to a beauty salon to have a massage and a waxing done. And that is when my worries started.
I had a little spot of irritated skin on my neck. I looked at the hands of the lady who does the massage and I didn

Risks for HIV: Unprotected Vaginal and Anal Sex.
Non-risks: Going to the beauticians.
