Volunteered at a blood drive

Hi.. I am a college-aged student and volunteered at the annual blood drive held at my school. Part of my job was to act as a "blood runner." This meant that when the technicians were done drawing blood, they placed all the apparatus (including the bag filled with blood) into a blue container, which I then took from them and brought to another table for them to be label each donation. This basically just expedited the process of labeling and moving the blood. I never touched any of the blood drawing materials, but was constantly touching the blue containers in which they were stored. After doing this, I realized that there must of been hundreds (if not thousands) of blood donations put into these containers that I just touched. I realized that these containers could be incredibly dirty, perhaps with even other viruses. I was never told to wear latex gloves, but all the technicians holding the blood were obviously using them when placing the materials into the containers. Am I at risk for anything? Thank you VERY much for helping me here.
