Waiting for results..hopefully negative

I would really like to appreciate the amazing efforts being put in by the wonderful people who are managing this site.
I know there are MANY posts bases on the 'zero risk' on cunnilingus. But I would like to ask you just one thing.
I had unprotected cunnilingus for 30 seconds on a CSW(unknown HIV status), 25 days ago. This was the only sexual incident with her. Since it was my very first time with a CSW, I freaked out (lol) and left immediately. Later, I noticed that I had a couple of very small ulcers on my inner lip. But there was absolutely no blood, nor were they fresh.
I had a stiff neckfor1 week from the end of 2nd week and continuous headache. By 3rd week, I was feeling pins and needles in my feet(not acute) and minor inflammation and itchiness of my lymph node in the groin. I have given my HIV test(HIV 1-2 combo test)  after 22 days of my possible exposure and the results will be given in 3 days. Can you please provide an assessment of my risk? Is the test result after 22 days reliable after this exposure..

No risk from the ejaculation on your chest.

Thanks for clarifying that. I honestly did not know that HIV becomes inactive outside the body.

I was just paranoid because I had oral sex without a condom and performed the hand job but we did not have anal sex. There was some ejaculation onto my chest however, is there any risk in that?

No,not at all.It would make no difference if you had cuts or broken skin because the HIV virus is so fragile outside the body.It becomes inactive and unable to infect.

Is there a possibility of transmission from precum when giving a hand job? I always have dry fingers and worry. Can I be infected through the skin at the fingernail?

Oral sex is zero risk for HIV infection under any circumstance because saliva will alway render the HIV virus inactive and thus unable to infect you.I believe your symptoms could be from anxiety and nothing else. You are one of the worry wells but it's not justified because you're safe.

I forgot to mention about an ulcer that has developed on my tongue and feeling of dizziness after 15 days.(ARS??). I have been going through severe anxiety and stress, by accumulating all the 'what if's' :( My logical mind is confident that there was no risk. But I would like to hear what you have to say on my situation.
I hope I'm one of the worried well's.
Kindly respond. Thanks!
