Was I at risk?

In 2012 I took a rapid HIV test at a county clinic - Negative. After that I was celibate. This year, in February, I had vaginal sex with a guy I had known for a very short time. I did not perform oral sex on him. He performed oral on me. We used a condom for vaginal sex. The condom did not break. Two months after that I got sick. My doctor said that it was acute sinusitis. I had chills, joint pains. I had taken antibiotics twice. A month ago, I went for my Pap smear and came back negative for any HPV, chlamydia, or syphilis. But I'm I'm freaking out. My rational thinking tells me that the probability of acquiring hiv using protection is minimal, but my ocd tells me: What if?
