Was I at risk?

About three weeks ago I had a protected sexual encounter with a male of unknown HIV status.  The encounter lasted about two minutes.  I was the top and used a condom the entire time.  The condom did not break or slip off.  I did have a very small nick on my scrotum from using the electric trimmer that morning (about 7 hours earlier).  It worried me that some fluid from his anus could have ran down there.  I ejaculated inside the condom about 30 or 40 seconds after pulling out.  I then removed the condom and threw it out.  I might have touched my penis after removing the condom.  I don't know what the risk from this is.  Now, three weeks later, I have been having a bout with diarrhea for a couple of days and noticed some body aches and a slight headache.  Would there be much of a risk from any of the events I described?  I am really worried and I am afraid these symptoms may be from HIV? Please help.

I guess it is easy to get confused reading conflicting information on the internet.  The CDC says there have been cases of HIV spreading through protected anal.  Like I said, I was the top and I had nicked my scrotum earlier that day.  It scared me that fluid during anal sex got into the nick.  I usually never get sick, especially during the summer.  I have a fever (100 degrees), body aches all over and diarreah (diarrhea).  I don't usually worry this much, but I am definately sick with something.
