Was This ARS or Seroconversion?

22 y/o male: About 3 weeks ago (on a Thursday) I engaged in a threesome with two other males; I was rimmed, received oral sex without a condom and gave oral sex without a condom(this was my first time ever giving oral. there were no sores on his penis, there was no ejactulation in or near my mouth but I did taste a little precum while sucking) and there was a lot of deep mouth kissing(my first time kissing them), but no penetration. The VERY next day(Friday) I had a headache, minor sore throat(could also feel tonsils feeling irritated) and had some slight fatigue.

The day after that(Saturday)  I had fever, joint pains, my throat was even more sore,  and I could feel the nodes under jaw and tonsils had swelled up. It was hard to swallow food and even spit. That's when the night sweats started.

The day after that the fever went down, joint pain got weaker and I could walk around fine but I was still slightly warm and other ailments were still the same; sore throat, tonsils swollen(with small white spot on one), nodes under jaw swollen, another night of waking up soaking in sweat, etc. This continued until the next Sunday, up until then i was gargling salt water, drinking lots of fluids, sucking on throat lozenges, taking pain. The sore throat finally went away after I took a hot bath but the night sweats stay for a couple days after.

I'm fine now and am going to get tested tomorrow, I know that I'm well beyond prep window and either have it or don't. I just wanna know how likely it is that this is what it is because I've been a nervous wreck for weeks now.

more details: I had sex with this couple weeks before but only received unprotected oral and penetrated one of them with condom on and that was it. I was fine after that. I asked them if either had anything and they said no but I'm skeptical. The one i kissed the most said he had a sore throat and lost his voice  and that others at his work complained about same symptoms, but again I feel skeptical like this was just to throw me off.

As adult, HIV is only transmitted from unprotected anal/vaginal sex (this includes condom slippage/breakage) and sharing of needles. As you were not involved in those activities, you were not at risk of HIV and do not required testing.
