Was convinced it was not HIV, now this!

Hearing from Teak and Dr. Hook along with my test results reassured me that I did not have HIV. However, symptoms have continued, low energy, fatigue, skin tingling, (In addition to previously posted symptoms) and now shingle like rash on my lower left abdomen (right below rib cage).  Initially started as pain in right abdomen that moved to left abdomen. About 5 days ago a quarter size bruise appeared, accompanied by numbness. 3 days ago, the painful rash appears in vicinity of bruise and numbness (photos available if required).. I scheduled a doctors appointment, but the earliest they can see me is next week. Last HIV duo test was performed at approximately 45 days from first CSW encounter and 32 days from second CSW encounter. I have read on webmd and the mayo clinic website that shingles often appear in those who have a weakened immune system (possibly from HIV or AIDS), however, have not seen a time frame for when shingles start to appear in ARS. I have read Teaks responses to the relation between HIV and shingles. Not sure which info on the web is accurate anymore. Can someone please help. Thank you again.

* Anyone who continues to post excessively, questioning a conclusively negative result or no-risk situation, will be subject to action by MedHelp. Conclusively negative results or a no-risk situation will be based upon the criteria established by MedHelp’s doctors. Action will be taken as follows:
    * After excessive posting, a warning will be issued by MedHelp
    * Continuing to post regarding the negative result / no risk situation will result in a 3 day suspension
    * Continuing to post upon your return will result in a permanent ban.

Honestly, just looking for some assistance. I am a military member with children and am trying to get the best information possible. I've made some terrible decisions and may have put my family at risk financially. In my experience, the only way to get an accurate answer is to give the facts. That is what I am doing. I apologize if anyone feels I am wasting their time.
