Water splashed

Dear all,
This may sound a little stupid... but please help me!

I visited my friend yesterday. His sink is clogged, and therefore he puts a big bucket under tap to hold water and then pour the water to toilet. He washed his hands and dishes there. More importantly, he washes hands there after masturbation.
And the thing is that when I helped him to pour one bucket of dirty water, some of the water splashed on my legs and feet.
The water has been there for at least a couple of hours (we were having dinner outside before visited), and his room is rather cold.
Am I at a risk of HIV or STD by the splashed water?
Please help me out, thanks!
