Weight loss

When you talk about unexplained weight loss as a symtom with Hiv, does it mean that you get sick and can't eat or do you just lose the weight no matter how much you eat, also is the weight loss one of the early signs or later. If you do have symtoms at 2 or 3 weeks will it show up in a test?

You need to test 3 months post exposure. Ignore the above poster they don't know what they are talking about if they have to ask why we ask what was your risk. You were protected until the condom failed. Which lessens the risk of contracting HIV.

I would like to know if you are positive at 3-weeks and you test would it still show a negative result if not enough antibodies show up.

why do you guys always as for risk first? doyouthink all is black and white and if you were protected there is no risk
I read post of many positive folks on credible forums who also had so called "no risk" situation and somehow got infected
anyways i had same issue with weight loss - have no idea when it happened but was very rapid and significant
I had protected sex for your info without condom failure
