Well I have convinced my self I am POZ.

Suicide seems reasonable, I have done tireless research and a cure for this seems unlikely in my lifetime.  I am too scared to test, but I guess I have to. All of this because of two unprotected vag. encounters.  I feel like I'm on a rollercoaster here and everyday is bringing me suicidal thoughts or thoughts that I will be ok. This sucks.

Top it off with the fact that even if they were (which, I must point out, is not likely) the odds are still pretty much in your favor that you didn't contract HIV from them.

You may also wish to speak to a trained therapist about how you are feeling. And when I say may, I mean, you should do so as soon as possible.
