What are my chances of Having HIV?

2 days back i slept with a sex worker. During our intercourse my condom was teared. I immediately washed my penis with water and asked the girl about HIV status She said she used to have HIV testing every month and she was HIV negetive on the last test(10 days) back. No rashes on ore genitals.
I even started PEP (2 drugs) after talking to doc i.e.
Zidovudine (AZT)300 mg twice a day
Stavudine (d4T)30 mg twice a day
Lamivudine (3TC)150 mg twice a day
18 hours after the exposer (he said it will reduce the risk)
its been two days now and i have no symptoms like flu , ulcers or lymph node enlargment
I am very much worried pls give me my chances

The chances of contracting HIV from a single condom break is extremely low when the partner's status is unknown, even with a CSW. And the odds are very strong your CSW was negative.

Most physicians would not even have qualified you for PEP based on this exposure. The medications you were prescribed are very powerful and have serious toxicity/side effects associated with them.

I hope the physician fully explained the risks of these medications to you. If you develop any 'symptoms' it will most likely be due to these medications, not HIV.
