What are my chances with PEP?

I had a gay massage 3 weeks ago. The man who gave me a massage kissed and "fingered" me a few times and later on he "sat" on me. The penetration lasted about 10 seconds before I pulled out, and needless to say it was unprotected. Within 3 hours, I saw my doctor to discuss and he said my risk is low, but because it was unprotected sex with a gay sex worker, there is still a risk. He put me on truvada + isentress. Since then I've had a small rash on my feet, and I started to develop pimples around my mouth. I also have a bump (cyst) inside my mouth on the roof of my mouth. What are the chances that this is due to HIV?

I accidentally took Truvada twice a day one day and now I am 1 pill short. Will this affect my treatment?

No one here is a medical professional, and it would be unwise for us to give you advice regarding the efficacy of PEP treatment after missing a pill.

HIV is never diagnosed by symptoms, and people get rashes and mouth lesions all the time without them having any relationship to HIV.  The only diagnostic tool for HIV is an HIV test.
