What are my risk of HIV transmission from unprotected insertive vaginal sex?

4 days ago I had unprotected vaginal sex with a CSW in Toronto.

This was a single incident exposure.

I have never had anal sex, am heterosexual and do not take IV drugs.

I am Canadian born South Asian circumsized Male, the CSW was an Anglo Canadian Female.

The act lasted approximately 15 minutes to a maximum of 30 minutes, I did not ejaculate.

She advised she was clean but I'm not sure how she could confirm with accuracy if she was having unprotected sex, as such i am assuming a worst case scenario of her being HIV positive.

As you can appreciate I am very anxious and afraid about the possibility of HIV.

I will take a test to alleviate my anxiety  it in the interim can you please confirm if:

A) Medically is there a need for a test?
B) Has there ever been a documented case of HIV transmission via insertive vaginal sex with one exposure with a CSW?
C) What is the probability mathematically if one assumes the CSW is HIV positive?

If I can ask for a response  from Doctor Handsfield it would be greatly appreciated.

I will  be happy to give a donation to receive a response from him on the matter.

Cheers,

AT

Thank you for your responses, part of the issue I'm having is deciphering between what is considered "high" risk versus the actual truth of how many people have been infected from this type of occurrence.

Is female to male transmission from vaginal sex for one occurence for a circumsized heterosexual  Male who has never engaged in IV drugs or anal sex in North America with a CSW a theoretical risk or has it actually happened and if so what were the conditions?

I will get tested as advised, but in the interim if anyone has specifics it would be appreciated.

Hello! Unprotected vaginal sex is a risk for hiv, but you know, the risk is very low from female to male, but it is not 100%, it's still a low risk.
Medically, you need get a test.
I am sorry, I can't answer your question B and C.
Good luck!
