What does it mean ?

I had a exposure of single time unprotected vaginal sex of 2 minutes. I was insertive partner.I happend july 08. Last week I got my CBC as follows ;

1. WBC -10000
2. Lymhocyte - 25%(2500)
3. Platelets    - 2.6
4.RBC          -4.7
5. Hemoglobi -14.2

What does it look like ? If I got HIV, would have not these result been affected ?
Experts say that WBC decreases as HIV kills them..

the only way to know one's status is by testing, using a test specifically designed to diagnose hiv.

Ya I know that...But isn't true that lymphocyte always decreases with HIV  in turn reducing WBC count.Is not the information conflicting ?

lymphocyte count is not an indicator for HIV infection..get tested to know.
