The first time was just symptoms.. this time it's worse though, cause I can see a "pimple" like thing.  
I think it's because before I went on vacation I was drinking fresh veggie-fruit juice (made with my juicer)  and I didn't do that during my vacation.

I think you're right about your anxiety playing tricks on your mind.  I don't think you have herpes.  
I wish I could say the same.  =(   I just hope it's not anything else.

Oh no, I hope you are not having an outbreak. I thought you didnt have one yet? Just that the blood test showed positive for them? I keep feeling like I am going to have an ob but I think it is anxiety playing tricks on my mind.

I tried REALLY hard not to panic.. I did though.. I went down to the hotel lobby and they had computers with internet access... I did get on while I was on vacation.. but I tried to stay away.

I feel like I am getting an ob again. =0(

I lost weight during mono because my throat was so sore I couldnt eat, and the anxiety of possiblity having HIV makes me have no appetite at all.

Thank you for your support. The odds ARE in my favor, but still, you can't help but think you will be the unlucky one. I cant wait to get my negative test (hopefully!)

After reading your story I feel a little bit better, because this guy hasnt been in prison and doesnt deal drugs. I am glad you turned out negative after your exposure with a guy like that.

I am doing ok, I have really bad days with anxiety/panic attacks, but it is getting better. I cant wait until my 12 week test. I am going on Sept 1.

I'm telling you it's just you nerves. Once you test and you get ur negative result you'll be normal again. I promise. I had a similar exposure but the guy I was with had also been in prison 4 times the last time was for 4 years. he is a drug dealer. He swore he had never done drugs himself but how can you believe a person like that. Plus his brother died of AIDS in December and he had supposedly contracted in in prison years ago and I had no idea until after the fact and everyone started telling me about it. So I know how you feel. But the odds are very much in your favor. Just ahng in there. You only have 2 more weeks to wait. You've made it this far you can make it two more.

I just wish I could get a 6-week test instead of being made to wait by Public Health for 12 weeks.

I will be ok...anxiety gets the better of me sometimes.

I was with a very shady guy who smokes weed and God knows what other drugs, even tho he swears only weed. He took off hte condoms without telling me...which is why I have anxiety as my health was taken out of my control.

You lost 15 lbs? I have already lost 13.

I just know what it's like to be so scared you can't function. i was there. And I didn't want to go get tested. But I did it for my own peace of mind. I couldn't eat, sleep, I lost about 15 lbs and I only weigh 125 as it was. i'm slowly starting to gain it back. So I know what your going thru. Bt If you will just go test you will feel so much better and your suffering will be over. How long has it been since your exposure?

I didn't say I was offenend. i don't know what the whole situation is but it seems that alot of people on here are really scared and worried and if yo made a comment to me like that it would hurt my feelings. People can't really help how they feel but when they won't go and do something about a it and continues to harp on there situation but makes no move to correct it then the ones who know about the stuff they are worried about anf tell them that they shouldn't be worried but they continue to then it gets old.

Peek was just trying to aese you mind. It doesn't matter that you didn't ask for it she was just trying to help and when you won't take the adive then it upset her. you keep coming back on here all worried when you really don't need to. If you will just go and get you test then you can come on here like I do and tell people that if they will just test they will have their life back.. If I lived close to the people on here that need to go test but was afraid to I would actually go with them. I had to do my all alone. It would have been nice to have someone with me when I got my results. Which thatnk god were negative.

I think that everyone needs to just tae a deep breath and all get along. There are nice people on here and no one needs to be offened by anthing.

There you go again with your assumptions. Do you know for a fact that anyone ever reported you. No you don't. So stop with the blame games and look at your posts for the cause.

But when you come to this forum and post a question and you get a good answer from a knowledgeable person you need to listen to what they say. I don't think they would mislead you about something as serious as HIV. They know what they are talking about and I can see where they get frustrated when you keep posting the same questions over and over and you don't take their advise. So why are you here? You came here to get advise but you don't accept it.

I can see why Peek would be offened by that comment. I would hae been offened myself and it takes alot to offened me. I think we just all need to get along. Stop with the bickering and just enjoy each others advise. As long as it's right. And so far I haven't seen Peek or Teak give the wrong advise.

Please go get tested. You will feel so much better when you do. It was the hardest thing I even had to do in my life but I'm so glad I did and I think you will be too. It will be negative. I'm sure of it.

I think that everyone just needs to step back and re-group. THere are alot of good people on here. So what if they tell it like it is. That's what they are supposed to do. I can't say that I have disagreed with anything Teak has said. He just tells the truth. The ones that have a problem with it are the ones that are too afarid to go test and know that they don't even have HIV. Well Teak does and he lives with it everyday. He knows what he's talking about. Did none of you read his profile. He is a Paramedic and he teachs AIDS awareness to college and high school students. So I think he has a right to tell it like it is. And once you all go get your test and it's negative you can find someone else to torment.
