What happens In Vegas stays in Vegas...I really hope!!!

I was recently in vegas for business, I was staying 5 star where I always do , and I've never had any problems,.
However, I ended up in a seedy casino lounge on the wrong side of the tracks
( I was there for the taping of a tv episode and after the wrap I ended up staying for a few drinks)
I was quickly the only one of our group left there and in my buzzed state I foolishly befriended a couple of local barflies.
Im convinced I was drugged,I can drink as much as the next guy but after a few vodka sodas I was hallucinating and blacking out, that was definitely not a normal reaction to alcohol.
I vaguely remember the remainder of the night , at some point I was led to a hotel room
with a latino woman, I remember being in and out of it and I snapped back to reality with the feeling of pain on my pubic bone...and Im on my back with her on top of me and Im inside her and she's grinding me so hard it hurts and I push her off of me, I stand up and, thank god theres a condom half on my penis...
Im so dizzy that my coordination is fumbled and I grab at the condom virtually tearing it off...
I recall she yells something at me and grabs me and starts giving me an extremely rough hand job with
the vaginal fluid that was left on the base of my penis being rubbed all over my penis.
I pull away from her and theres a bit of an angry exchange and I blackout and wake up roughly an hour later
robbed of my cash and jewellery...
I went to the shower and immediately washed myself from head to toe and I was horrified to find some friction abrasions down on my pubic area where the base of my penis meets the pelvic bone...
pretty roughed up and reddened like a bad rash.
I also suffer from a dermatitis/psoriasis on my penis head and the fleshy area just below the corona,
it comes and goes for 3 or 4 days every month or two,my derm gave me desonide and it works well.
Unfortunately, I was experiencing an outbreak for the past day or so and I had the rash and redness
at the time of the incident....
So after I fly back to the east coast I went to an STD clinic and explained the situation,
and my concerns that although a condom was used for penetration ,
i'm afraid of the vaginal secretions getting into the friction burns
and/or the hand rough hand job attempt with left over vaginal secretions on the psoriasis rash on my penis.
They tell me they cant test yet but that I should see someone about an evaluation for PEP.
So they make arrangement for me to see someone at the hospital.
I go in and speak with a nurse and she tells me the exposure probability is more than likely on the low end,
however the decision to use PEP is entirely my own and I said i would like to have it
she explained the cost and side effects and I started my first dose 60hrs post incident.
It's now 5 days on PEP and I have loose stools, body rashes, headaches, etc.
My question to you is,
A) In your opinion what is my level of risk from this incident?
B) In your opinion is PEP warranted in this situation?

I obviously didnt want to put her in danger of contracting anything from me so I was very upfront about what happened, needless to say that ruined our relationship.
Perhaps it woul be wise that I return to the hospital and seek a second opinion from one of their other assesment staff...

You didn't have a risk and nPEP is given when there is an unprotected exposure to a known HIV positive person.
I see i left out a major piece of information in my original post...the latino woman was a street prostitute that I had been unknowingly set up with by my special new friends( apperently
Its a well known scam in Vegas they will drug and rob you, the sex part is just so you wont call the police for fear of being charged with solicitation or repercussionsl from job/family)
The nurse actually said she wouldnt normally
do it in this circumstance except for the fact
that this person was clearly a street prostitute
and that since a sex trade worker was involved it elevtates my case to be a founded risk.
I dont know what the guidelines are but I assume she followed them...
