What if you have cancer...and do not know it? Does it affect a 12 week result?

Would a 12 week test be definitive if you had cancer and not know it?
OR is it just chemotherapy treatment that would affect the HIV testing?

Can someone fill me in on EXACTLY which conditions DO affect HIV testing?
Any medications?

thank you

I had a risk at 4th of Nov...Today i went for a final test as i completed 12 weeks i.e 84 days and my result was negative...if u are still concerned abt hiv please get tested tomorrow for conclusive result as even u would be completing 12 weeks tomorrow...Hip pain is not related to hiv for sure...u dont seem to have any std symptoms based on ur post...It could well be anxiety that is driving u crazy..

Just to ease ur mind even i had got my uranalysis done  4 days ago and i had leukocytes 2-4 range...Dont worry u r gonna be fine..get tested tomorrow for hiv..and throw this **** outta mind...

I say this because I often have pain in the hip during ejaculation.
I have not had sex since the risk on Aug 5th.

Would an STD cause hip pain?  I have no pain in the genital/penile area.
I was numerous antibiotics (Z-pack, doxy, and Cipro).

I clearly am not a MD, and I have to see a urologist in late Nov.
I just did not want any surprises before I go....and I wanted to clear HIV out of the picture before I go to see him.
The pain is only on the right hip.
Could it be anxiety-related?
High leukocytes were found in the urine when I had my uranalysis done, but no bacteria were found.
Any ideas? maybe a cyst?
I know nobody can diagnose over the internet,...just curious to know if I am the ONLY person experiencing such pain on hip after a risk.  Just wanted to know if it were HIV/STI related.

thanks much.
