( i (male) received oral sex on penis and i have herpes 2...What is a HIV Antibody Test w/Reflex .... i have a test in a laboratory but not that kind of test is...i took my hiv antibody test at 8 weeks...this test is conclusive at 8 weeks

What did you expect it will be negative at 3 months too because you never had an exposure from oral sex.
No an 8 week test is not conclusive there are no tests marketed or sold to give a conclusive test result earlier than 3 months had you had an exposure. An HIV test with reflex is an ELISA test that if it is positive is automatically confirmed by the use of a western blot.
if you ask that question in the expert forum they will tell you yes it is,here we say 12 weeks is conclusive.It doesn't matter really because you had no risk.
