What is my risk of having HIV?

Hello,
I have been in a long term relationship for over a year now, however over the past couple of weeks I have been experiencing anxiety and paranoia about having HIV as before I got into a relationship I had unprotected sex, and I know nothing about the guys. I got tested for chlamydia and gonnorhea (Gonorrhea) on a couple of occasions which came back negative. I have had no symptoms for syphillis (syphilis) that I have noticed, but my partner has a lot of flem (phlegm), not sure if he's always had this though as I think it is linked to his synuses.
I am tempted to get tested but I am too scared of the outcome and telling my partner if it comes back positive, although I am driving myself insane thinking about it, and because I am aware of stds they seem to crop up everywhere, on the tv, in conversation etc making me more paranoid.
What do you think that my chances of having HIV are?
