What is the Ag/ab combo test accuracy at 5 weeks post Exposure?

I had an unprotected vaginal intercourse on April 11 (35 days ago) with a male of unknown status.
On April 26 (15 days post possible exposure) I had an HIV 4 gen blood test taken. Results came back negative. As well as a full STD panel including RPR, chlamydia, gonnorhea.
That day, after the doctors appointment I began having abdominal pain and frequent urination (due to dry mouth and excessive drinking)
My lymph nodes in my groin are the size of golf balls, started having a mild sore throat, lymph nodes in neck beginning to swell.
Dr. prescribed azithromycin 250 mg for one week to clear out infection.
Lymph nodes have not gone down in size, even two days post antibiotic treatment.
On may 2, diagnosed with yeast infection, given 150mg fluconazole.
On May 4th (24 days post exposure) I went to planned parenthood and had an Alere Determine AG/AB rapid finger prick test. Results came back negative.
Around may 11, noticed my tongue was covered in a thick, white film, and then back of my tongue has large raised red bumps. Also possible white, round ulcer on underneath the tongue on gums.
Urinalysis said white blood cells in urine were TNTC (too numerous to count)
Lymph nodes still swollen; very enlarged in groin.
On may 15 (34 days post exposure) I went to planned parenthood again and had the same finger prick Ag/ab combo finger prick test. Results also negative.
In the urine results, Dr. stated I had traces of protein in urine, and few WBC's in urine. Also diagnosed with trichomonaisis.
Was given a 2,000mg dose of metronidazole (haven't taken it yet).
So my questions to you are:
1. Are my persistent swollen and highly enlarged lymph nodes throughout my body cause for concern? Especially since azithromycin did not help the swelling?
2. Are my urinalysis results concerning? High WBC's in the one test, few in the other
3. Could trichomonaisis (even though I was tested several times for trich before this diagnosis cause my issues?
4. What is the reliability of the HIV tests that I have taken?
After research I have found that the AG/AB COMBO rapid test is not good with detecting recent infection nor the p24 antigen.
5. Is the oral thrush concerning? One sign of HIV?
Thank you in advance for your help

You can go for final testing after 3 months of exposure .Dr told me ,sometimes ,it will take more days to mixup hiv anti bodies .But ,you are likely to free from hiv by 80 to 90%.

I don't know who told you that the Ag/Ab test isn't good - it's the best test on the market for all situations.  And, it's conclusive any time 28 or more days after exposure.  Whatever else you're experiencing and whatever tests results you are questioning aren't due to HIV, since your test is conclusively negative.

I was just given a trichomonaisis diagnosis. And performed an ag/ab blood test (not rapid) and should get my results in about a week. Could this have been the cause of my swollen lymph nodes? Also could this increase the chance that I have HIV? Thank you for your answer
Also I know the Ag/ab blood tests are highly accurate but some medical journals have said that the rapid finger prick Ag/ab are slightly less reliable when detecting infection before 6 weeks
I know you don't discuss symptoms, but what about diagnosis??
I had a routine STI check and blood work done for a variety of STI's after exposure. I have been getting tested for 3 years, and everytime I do I get the test results back on my patient portal through my doctor's office. I just checked the portal and I got every result back except for HIV. This is concerning as usually, I get them back within two days and get them all back at the same time. I called the doctors office and the receptionist confirmed that all of my tests are in, however she cannot disclose anything over the phone. They said I should be ready to come into my scheduled follow up appointment on Tuesday. I seriously can't wait that long I need to know. I'm sure that my result is positive.

Okay I think paranoia is setting in. I now have a headache and the two lymph nodes on the back of my head are the size of a lollipop. My inguinal node swelling has not gone down (doctor confirmed swelling today)
Lastly, my oral thrush (also confirmed by Dr.) is turning yellow.

Symptoms, as you mentioned you already know, are not used to diagnose HIV.  Only test results.  You will have to wait until your appointment on Tuesday as no one can know your results.  We are sorry you are anxious.  Again, no one on our forum can tell you if you are positive or negative.
