What is the HIV Risk from this situation?

Ok so I'm quite worried about an encounter that I had a few days a go. It was a pretty foolish thing to do but at the end of the day it happened and now I just want to know what people think of the risk factor.

I am female, a few days ago I had an unprotected encounter with a male friend who identifies as gay, (this was a one off). Basically we had been stimulating each other and then he put the head of his penis against my vagina as if he was going to enter it, I could feel him pushing against it for a few seconds and then he took it away, he did this about 3 times. All in all there was no ejaculation and he didn't really enter me I know, but what about pre-cum? I don't recall there being a large amount from me stimulating his penis, or even any at all, but I know it's not always visible, and I am aware it can contain traces of HIV but what is the risk in my situation, say if it was on the tip of his penis that he pushed against my vagina?

He has told me previously that he is HIV negative and is tested every 6 months but I can't help but be concerned in case he may've contracted it without realising since his last test maybe. I have to wait 4 weeks before getting a test done but in the meantime just want to know what people think.
